There are many homes under construction (also known as Quick Possessions or Spec homes) that are available or will be available soon in Village at Griesbach! If you’re looking to buy a brand new home but don’t want to wait for a new build, you can choose from a variety of homes under construction that are available in the community! Contact one of the Griesbach builders to learn about your new home options!

Griesbach does not offer public lots. Lots are available to purchase and build through the exclusive Builder group who maintain a show home presence in the community.

Yes! Carrington Communities offers a selection of beautiful condos in Griesbach, you can contact them for a viewing!

Homes in Griesbach start in the $290s for townhomes and $480s for single family homes. Each home is unique, the pricing is based on many variables.  Some things that may influence price are the home style, placement of the lot (estate lots, for example, cost more), your floor plan and unique interior selections, etc. Once you’ve chosen a builder, you’ll be able to get a finite price.

Yes,  Griesbach has Architectural guidelines exclusively tailored to the vision that Canada Lands Company has for this project.  The Architectural styles provide the baseline designs to create a beautiful neighborhood, while ensuring pride of ownership and maintaining property values over time.

Village at Griesbach has many lots that are zoned for garage suites and other income suites. You can find out which lots are zoned for garage suites by using our lot map! If a lot has a GS on it, you can build a garage suite. You can also talk to your Griesbach builder, they will help you find the right lot to suit your needs.

There is a perception that it is more expensive, with One & Done adding to your upfront costs, which factor in the cost of landscaping , fencing, deck and or detached garage costs. However, these prices can save you time and money in the long run as everything gets added to your mortgage, and there are no surprise costs.
