The Winter Village Warmup is also a celebration of where Griesbach is headed. This year, development will begin on the Northeast Corner – the final and most ambitious phase of this award-winning community. Spanning nearly 160 acres, this thoughtfully planned expansion will shape Griesbach into a more connected, walkable urban district – while staying true to the character residents already love.
