December is here and that means the holiday season is upon us! Winter in Village at Griesbach is a fun and exciting time! As the days get chillier and the community is blanketed in white, you’ll be able to enjoy plenty of fantastic activities this season! Whether you’re interested in going for a winter stroll, making snowpeople and snow angels, or you want to enjoy the beautiful views from our 90 foot peak of Central Hill Park, there’s so much winter fun to be had in Griesbach!

Along with all the exciting winter activities available, Village at Griesbach’s show homes are open for most of the month! As the holidays approach, most of the show homes will have holiday hours, so be sure to check your calendars before heading to the show home parade on Greenaway Ave!

Coventry Homes will be closed on Friday, December 24th and re-open on Monday, January 3rd. 

Pacesetter Homes is closed December 24th to 26th, are appointment only December 27th to 28th, open for regular hours on December 29th to 30th, and closed December 31st to January 1st. 

Concept Homes is closed from December 22nd to January 3rd.

Homes by Avi is closed from December 24th to 26th, open for appointment only from December 27th to 30th, and is closed December 31st to January 1st. 

Impact Homes will be closed on Friday, December 24th and re-open on Monday, January 3rd.

During the holiday season, make sure you call ahead to make sure you can visit the show home of your preferred builder! Calling ahead will ensure that they are open and able to give you a fantastic tour. 

If you’d rather stay warm and toasty at home, you can tour our community virtually! Our community virtual tour will take you through all of Griesbach. The tour has 360° imaging from both an aerial view and ground view, hotspots, information points, and more!

Village at Griesbach loves the holiday season with the beautiful decorations, chilly weather, and the opportunity to spend time with loved ones. There are plenty of ways to enjoy the season with friends and family. Whether it’s socially distanced outdoor activities, virtual get togethers, or small in-person gatherings, we hope you experience all the love and comfort the season has to offer.
